The Africa Sustainable Investment and Infrastructure (ASI) program aims to integrate and apply sustainable practices in the investment and development of grey infrastructure in Madagascar. Funded by NORAD and in partnership with WWF, the NGO Lalana has been mandated to mobilize and engage civil society organizations (CSOs) in monitoring infrastructure projects and conducting advocacy efforts to ensure the sustainability of infrastructure and investments. This program is being implemented in three regions of Madagascar: Menabe, Melaky, and DIANA, where local and national CSOs are actively involved in changing practices, laws, and policies for the sustainable development of grey infrastructure.
