This contract pursues the purpose of supporting the UCS of the AFAFI South program for the design, the establishment of a permanent technical and financial management system for the upkeep and maintenance of rural roads rehabilitated under the ASARA program , the diagnosis, estimate and study of the rehabilitation and/or maintenance of the tracks, and the control and monitoring of the construction works of the barriers and tolls.
